Up next in Amsterdam

The weather is threatening to be drier today.  Whatever will we do without the constant drizzle?

We're going to see an exhibit at the Hermitage here in Amsterdam. Neither of us have been there before, so it should be interesting.  Though at 15 euros per nose to get in, it's pretty steep.

You should be happy that ANYTHING is open in Amsterdam (considering the fact half the museums in A'dam are closed for some time now).

Making any excursions outside of Amsterdam?

You're not kidding - I'd say better than 65% of the city is under construction right now. The Palace is covered in scaffolding, Leidseplein has some kind of chaos going on, the street near the Munt that the tram runs on is totally closed off for something. Crazy.

No, won't be making it out of the city unless there's a crazy special deal on Thalys to run to Brussels or Paris for the day. The next Boomchickas gig isn't until the 18th, and I'm gone by then. :(
