Version 1.3

Well, this is the third version of the web log.
1st was killed by a server migration. 2nd got erased today as Front Page defaulted itself to remove any files it didn't need. Obviously it didn't need a blog, eh?

It may be reinstalled 1 more time if I can't get my console set up the way I like it!
